De geschiedenis leert ons dat de oude Chinezen al 9.000 jaar geleden een primitieve wijn maakten van rijst, honing en fruit. De Inca&#039;s, de oude Egyptenaren, de nerds, de Romeinen produceerden allemaal en genoten enorm van de effecten van alcohol.\u00a0<br \/><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-secondary ); text-align: var(--text-align); letter-spacing: 0px;\"><br \/>Het valt niet te ontkennen dat alcohol religie, taal en kunst heeft be\u00efnvloed, maar het heeft een diepgaande invloed gehad op de vormgeving van onze moderne samenleving en cultuur.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-secondary ); text-align: var(--text-align); letter-spacing: 0px;\"><br \/>De alcoholindustrie is wereldwijd naar schatting 1263 miljard (USD) waard. In veel opzichten zou het moeilijk zijn om je een westerse samenleving voor te stellen zonder alcohol. Waar ga je heen als je &#039;s avonds af wilt spreken met vrienden? Een restaurant? Een bar? Een nachtclub? Waar de kans ook is dat ze alcohol schenken, ook al is dit niet de &#039;hoofdattractie&#039;.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-secondary ); text-align: var(--text-align); letter-spacing: 0px;\"><br \/>In de afgelopen tijd hebben we de idealen van de samenleving over wat we drinken, waar we drinken en hoe we drinken, zien veranderen. Voorbij zijn de dagen dat de enige niet-alcoholische optie een frisdrank van een merk was, of het komt er tenminste aan!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mensen zijn zich nu meer dan ooit zeer bewust van wat ze in hun lichaam stoppen. Een trend naar een &#039;gezondere levensstijl&#039; met minder vlees, vegetarische en veganistische di\u00ebten is in opkomst. Evenals een toenemende neiging tot onthouding van alcohol. Dit betekent natuurlijk niet dat gezonde mensen niet drinken, maar als geheel denken mensen meer na over hoeveel en hoe vaak ze alcohol consumeren.<br \/><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-secondary ); text-align: var(--text-align); letter-spacing: 0px;\"><br \/>Bovendien * heeft de &#039;Hipster&#039;-beweging een enorm effect op deze beweging gehad. Deze alternatieve subcultuur begon een verzet tegen generieke reguliere pubs, restaurants en coffeeshops. Een golf van onafhankelijke locaties op gang gebracht, waarvan het belangrijkste doel was om een andere stijl te bieden. We bieden minder keuze maar een betere kwaliteit en zien nu veel meer wijnbars, ambachtelijke bierbrouwerijen, ambachtelijke bakkers en coffeeshops.\u00a0<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-secondary ); text-align: var(--text-align); letter-spacing: 0px;\"><br \/>Met de neiging naar kwaliteit in plaats van kwantiteit, zijn mensen gelukkiger om meer te betalen voor een premiumproduct, in plaats van alleen te drinken om van de na-effecten te genieten.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-secondary ); We have put as much effort into creating this menu as we did our house cocktails menu. Combining interesting ingredients and flavours and offering a choice! \u00a0\n\nFirstly, we have a selection of homemade lemonades, the classic, a basil lemonade, pink grapefruit and finally a rosemary lemonade. These refreshing drinks are prepared in house by infusing our own cordials, by including the lemon zest these lemonades pack a punch.\u00a0\n\nNext, we have our selection of homemade iced teas. These teas are all cold brewed in house. By cold brewing them they don\u2019t have tanins that can cause them to be bitter, so they naturally need less sugar making them much healthy than their commercial counterparts.\u00a0\n\nFinally we have our zero alcohol cocktails.
