La nostra apparente intossicazione da alcol non \u00e8 qualcosa che \u00e8 appena accaduto durante la notte. La storia ci dice che gi\u00e0 9.000 anni fa gli antichi cinesi producevano un vino primitivo con riso, miele e frutta. Gli Inca, gli antichi egizi, gli smanettoni, i romani hanno prodotto e apprezzato gli effetti dell'alcol.\u00a0

\u00c8 innegabile che l'alcol abbia avuto un impatto sulla religione, la lingua e le arti, ma ha avuto un'influenza profonda sulla formazione della nostra societ\u00e0 e cultura moderna.

L'industria degli alcolici vale circa 1263 miliardi di dollari in tutto il mondo. Per molti versi sarebbe difficile immaginare una societ\u00e0 occidentale senza alcol. Dove vai se vuoi incontrarti con gli amici la sera? Un ristorante? Un bar? Una discoteca? Ovunque \u00e8 probabile che servano alcolici, anche se non \u00e8 l '"attrazione principale".

In tempi recenti, abbiamo visto cambiare gli ideali delle societ\u00e0 su ci\u00f2 che beviamo, dove beviamo e come beviamo. Sono finiti i giorni in cui l'unica opzione analcolica era una bevanda analcolica di marca, o almeno ci sta arrivando!<\/span><\/p>\n

Ora pi\u00f9 che mai, le persone sono molto consapevoli di ci\u00f2 che mettono nei loro corpi. Una tendenza verso un "occhio di vita pi\u00f9 sano" di carne ridotta, diete vegetariane e vegane sono in aumento. Oltre ad aumentare la tendenza all'astinenza dall'alcol. Ovviamente questo non significa che le persone sane non bevono, ma nel complesso le persone pensano di pi\u00f9 a quanto e quanto spesso consumano alcolici.

Inoltre, * il movimento "Hipster" ha avuto un effetto enorme su questo movimento. Questa sottocultura alternativa ha avviato una reazione contro i pub, i ristoranti e le caffetterie tradizionali generici. Istig\u00f2 un'ondata di locali indipendenti, il cui obiettivo principale era quello di fornire uno stile diverso. Offrendo meno scelta ma una migliore qualit\u00e0, ora possiamo vedere molte pi\u00f9 enoteche, birrerie artigianali, panettieri artigianali e caffetterie.\u00a0

Con la tendenza alla qualit\u00e0 e non alla quantit\u00e0, le persone sono pi\u00f9 felici di pagare di pi\u00f9 per un prodotto premium, piuttosto che bere solo per godersi gli effetti collaterali.\u00a0\u00a0

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\n\nWith all this in mind, we have developed a new refreshing alcohol free menu.\u00a0We want to offer something a bit different, that is not only refreshing and tasty, but offers interesting flavour combinations. We have put as much effort into creating this menu as we did our house cocktails menu. Combining interesting ingredients and flavours and offering a choice! \u00a0\n\nFirstly, we have a selection of homemade lemonades, the classic, a basil lemonade, pink grapefruit and finally a rosemary lemonade. These refreshing drinks are prepared in house by infusing our own cordials, by including the lemon zest these lemonades pack a punch.\u00a0\n\nNext, we have our selection of homemade iced teas. These teas are all cold brewed in house. By cold brewing them they don\u2019t have tanins that can cause them to be bitter, so they naturally need less sugar making them much healthy than their commercial counterparts.\u00a0\n\nFinally we have our zero alcohol cocktails. Rather than just preparing the usual classic cocktail without alcohol, we created some drinks focused on creating a well rounded cocktail, that just happens to be non alcoholic.\n\nWe really look forward to hearing your feedback, we are really proud of this menu, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed creating it for you.\u00a0\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
