Notre intoxication apparente \u00e0 l'alcool n'est pas quelque chose qui s'est produit du jour au lendemain. L'histoire nous apprend qu'il y a 9 000 ans, les anciens Chinois fabriquaient un vin primitif \u00e0 partir de riz, de miel et de fruits. Les Incas, les \u00c9gyptiens antiques, les Geeks, les Romains ont tous produit et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 les effets de l'alcool.\u00a0

Il est ind\u00e9niable que l'alcool a eu un impact sur la religion, la langue et les arts, mais il a eu une profonde influence sur le fa\u00e7onnement de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et de notre culture modernes.

Ces derniers temps, nous avons vu des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s id\u00e9ales sur ce que nous buvons, o\u00f9 nous buvons et comment nous buvons en changeant. Il est r\u00e9volu le temps o\u00f9 la seule option sans alcool \u00e9tait une boisson gazeuse de marque, ou du moins \u00e7a y arrive!<\/span><\/p>\n

Aujourd'hui plus que jamais, les gens sont tr\u00e8s conscients de ce qu'ils mettent dans leur corps. Une tendance vers un \u00abmode de vie plus sain\u00bb avec une alimentation r\u00e9duite en viande, v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne et v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne est \u00e0 la hausse. Ainsi que l'augmentation de la tendance \u00e0 l'abstinence d'alcool. Bien s\u00fbr, cela ne signifie pas que les personnes en bonne sant\u00e9 ne boivent pas, mais dans l'ensemble, les gens r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent davantage \u00e0 la quantit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la fr\u00e9quence de consommation d'alcool.

De plus, * le mouvement \u00abHipster\u00bb a eu un effet consid\u00e9rable sur ce mouvement. Cette sous-culture alternative a d\u00e9clench\u00e9 une r\u00e9action contre les pubs, les restaurants et les caf\u00e9s grand public g\u00e9n\u00e9riques. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\n\nWith all this in mind, we have developed a new refreshing alcohol free menu.\u00a0We want to offer something a bit different, that is not only refreshing and tasty, but offers interesting flavour combinations. We have put as much effort into creating this menu as we did our house cocktails menu. Combining interesting ingredients and flavours and offering a choice! \u00a0\n\nFirstly, we have a selection of homemade lemonades, the classic, a basil lemonade, pink grapefruit and finally a rosemary lemonade. These refreshing drinks are prepared in house by infusing our own cordials, by including the lemon zest these lemonades pack a punch.\u00a0\n\nNext, we have our selection of homemade iced teas. These teas are all cold brewed in house. By cold brewing them they don\u2019t have tanins that can cause them to be bitter, so they naturally need less sugar making them much healthy than their commercial counterparts.\u00a0\n\nFinally we have our zero alcohol cocktails. Rather than just preparing the usual classic cocktail without alcohol, we created some drinks focused on creating a well rounded cocktail, that just happens to be non alcoholic.\n\nWe really look forward to hearing your feedback, we are really proud of this menu, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed creating it for you.\u00a0\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
