Nuestra aparente intoxicaci\u00f3n con el alcohol no es algo que ocurra de la noche a la ma\u00f1ana. La historia nos dice que ya hace 9.000 a\u00f1os, los antiguos chinos estaban haciendo un vino primitivo con arroz, miel y frutas. Los incas, los antiguos egipcios, los frikis, los romanos produjeron y disfrutaron a fondo los efectos del alcohol.\u00a0

Es innegable que el alcohol ha tenido un impacto en la religi\u00f3n, el lenguaje y las artes, pero ha tenido una profunda influencia en la configuraci\u00f3n de nuestra sociedad y cultura modernas.

La industria del alcohol tiene un valor estimado de 1263 mil millones (USD) en todo el mundo. En muchos sentidos, ser\u00eda dif\u00edcil imaginar una sociedad occidental sin alcohol. \u00bfA d\u00f3nde vas si quieres quedarte con amigos por la noche? \u00bfUn restaurante? \u00bfUn bar? \u00bfUn club nocturno? Donde sea que est\u00e9, es probable que sirvan alcohol, incluso si no es la "atracci\u00f3n principal".

En los \u00faltimos tiempos, hemos visto cambios en los ideales de las sociedades sobre lo que bebemos, d\u00f3nde bebemos y c\u00f3mo bebemos. Atr\u00e1s quedaron los d\u00edas en los que la \u00fanica opci\u00f3n sin alcohol era un refresco de marca, \u00a1o al menos est\u00e1 llegando!<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\n\nWith all this in mind, we have developed a new refreshing alcohol free menu.\u00a0We want to offer something a bit different, that is not only refreshing and tasty, but offers interesting flavour combinations. We have put as much effort into creating this menu as we did our house cocktails menu. Combining interesting ingredients and flavours and offering a choice! \u00a0\n\nFirstly, we have a selection of homemade lemonades, the classic, a basil lemonade, pink grapefruit and finally a rosemary lemonade. These refreshing drinks are prepared in house by infusing our own cordials, by including the lemon zest these lemonades pack a punch.\u00a0\n\nNext, we have our selection of homemade iced teas. These teas are all cold brewed in house. By cold brewing them they don\u2019t have tanins that can cause them to be bitter, so they naturally need less sugar making them much healthy than their commercial counterparts.\u00a0\n\nFinally we have our zero alcohol cocktails. Rather than just preparing the usual classic cocktail without alcohol, we created some drinks focused on creating a well rounded cocktail, that just happens to be non alcoholic.\n\nWe really look forward to hearing your feedback, we are really proud of this menu, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed creating it for you.\u00a0\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
