We are super excited that we have made it to this point where we can finally announce our opening. At one point it seemed like a distant dream. But we have ridden it out here on our little island, and are thrilled that we are coming out the other side of these strange times.
As much as no one really knows what the Ibizan Summer Season holds this year, we are excited to embrace whatever changed are enforced upon us. Nothing like a new set of rules to mix things up a bit and keep us on our toes. Every few years there seems to be a shift of sorts, and people, and businesses have to adjust how they do things.. it’s evolution, and who knows life could be even better within our “new normal”, whichever way, we are excited to find out.

So this summer, things will be a bit different to start with, rest assured we will be adhering to the new government guidelines. But one thing we can guarantee, is the same top quality food, drinks and service.
Our wonderful Bar Manager has been getting us all tipsy testing some amazing new cocktails for our 2020 House Cocktails list. Additionally, we have an ALL NEW non alcoholic drinks menu including some homemade lemonades, iced teas and sangrias.
Our beautiful hidden gem of a garden, will be adorned with fairy lights as usual for evening drinks and snack, you can also enjoy our sharing boards and desserts in there.
As usual, we have tweaked our menu for the 2020 season, to offer some exciting new treats for you all. Over the next few weeks we will be introducing a few of our new dishes on our specials board, for a sneak preview of what is to come. We can’t wait for you to try some new tapas dishes, desserts, and the usual classic.
We can’t wait to get stuck into the new season and see what it offers, and we are really look forward to seeing you all soon.
